Website Design Process

Below are the steps of how the website design process works:

• Consultation
  Contact us and we will provide you with a worksheet which you can use to dot down your ideas for your new website design.  After we have received your worksheet, we will send you a quote for your consideration.
• Contract
  If you are happy with the quote, we will send you a contract that contains all of the agreed web design work and prices.  Once the contract is signed you will be required to provide us with all the necessary content (images and text) that will appear on each page of the website.
• Concept development
  In this phase we will begin to develop ideas for your website.  These ideas are mockups of what your website will look like when it’s completed.  These mockups will be presented to you for your approval.  We will make the necessary changes and you will have to grant your final approval before we commence with the actual website design.
• Website design and development
  After your final approval of the website design, we will start developing your website.
• Final review
  You will be able to view all the pages, after the completion of your website, to make sure that everything is to your liking.  The web design will then be tested before it is deployed to the internet.
• Website goes live
  After final approval and final payment has been received, your website will go live.  For tips on how to promote your website, click here.
• Search engine submission
  Once the website has gone live, we will then submit your website to all the major search engines - Google, Yahoo, MSN and Ananzi.
• Website maintenance
  Website maintenance, additional website design and support may be provided, depending on the terms of your contract, as well as ongoing search engine optimization.
